Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a powerful way of healing. In a supportive, confidential space, you can share honestly, feel understood, and recognize that many of your struggles are part of the human experience—not personal failures.
Listening to others’ stories and being witnessed in your own can build connection, perspective, and hope. In group, you can practice communication, boundaries, self-compassion, and healthier ways of relating in real time. With skilled guidance and mutual encouragement, group therapy can help you move beyond isolation, develop lasting coping skills, and grow into more confident, connected versions of themselves.
