Phone Consultation – 15 minutes: FREE
Initial Session – 50 minutes – $195
Individual Therapy – 50 minutes – $195

Cancellation Policy

Please let me know 1 business day in advance if you will not be able to make our appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client. If you do not cancel in this time frame, it is expected that you pay the full session fee.

Payment & Insurance

Payment (cash or debit/credit card) is expected at the time of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • You choose the therapist best suited to your needs rather than having to choose between the options your insurance company gives you.
  • You are able to receive psychotherapy whether or not you meet criteria for a diagnosis as mental health diagnosis is not mandatory when paying out-of-pocket.
  • No session limits – you and your provider decide how many sessions will be most helpful.
  • Your privacy and confidentiality are better protected as your provider does not have to share any information with your insurance company.
