Healing from trauma and abuse

Tell your visitor how your service can improve their life. Connect with the problem that they’re trying to solve and address any objections you think they might have.

What is the bigTrauma and abuse leave indelible scars on your sense of self, your relationships, your sense of worth, and on so many areas of your life. While many heal from trauma and abuse through the support of family and friends, others might need the help of a trained mental health professional to start untangling the mess trauma and abuse can leave us in. And if you feel broken because of such experiences, just know that healing can leave you even more beautiful – like the art of kintsugi does with broken ceramics.

Gender, sexual, or relationship minorities

Tell your visitor how your service can improve their life. Connect with the problem that they’re trying to solve and address any objections you think they might have.

What is the biggMaybe you identify with LGBTQ+ or kink and would like to work with a psychologist who is an ally, advocate, and kink-aware. Maybe you are looking for a provider who can help you navigate your unique challenges related to one or more of these identities. Maybe you are looking for support for gender affirming health care. I would love to support you.

Yoga and meditation

What is the biggest benefFor many, wellness and healing comes through mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga. As a psychologist who is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, wellness through movement and meditation are important to me and I would love to work with you to incorporate these aspects into your healing journey, if that fits for you.
